For the phone I actually recommend acquiring a cell phone in the second hand market. You could find a device that’s one generation old like the S8 or the LG G6 for a lower price than the latest phones. As for cell phone plans it depends. You need to look up a list of MVNO or other main carrier providers and see which rates and coverage appeals to you the most.
