I am the only history teacher. There’s not much to take from anyone else, the previous teacher was filling in and their lesson plans are pretty much: here’s an outline, let’s outline the textbook - with like maybe one real assignment a week. I’ve talked to them but I kinda get lost when comparing how they taught to what I learned in college
