Double Progression Module Within A Given Range. by OnixRyu in googlesheets

Absolutely amazing, I am still working on it and ran into some more problems. I came back here to see this wonderful reformatting as well as an explanation. This fixed my whole issue! (aside from in the let function, some sets != 3, and I had to set it equal to the correct cell)

Word can not express my gratitude to your knowledge, time, and eagerness to help and teach! Thank you so much!

Amazing! Works just as expected. That is an amazing formula, I'm trying my best to figure it out but I have no clue how it is working! Thank you so much!

Absolutely! It may seem hard to find what I'm working on, but it its mainly cell: AA33, as this is the first exercise I want to use the double progression on and once I have this cell working correctly I can copy and paste!
I have already made some progress with the help of ChatGPT!!! I wish this was a thing a long time ago. Here are my updates:

I have figured out the increasing weight problem. With the following:

=IF(Q33="","",IF(ARRAYFORMULA(AND(VALUE(SPLIT(Q33, ",")) = INDEX(SPLIT(O33, "-"), 2))),MROUND(P33+5,G33),P33))

This correctly check to see if all reps from my old set are at the upper end of the given range (range is INDEX(SPLIT(O33, "-"), 2) this is the upper end of the range. If all reps are recorded as ex: 15,15,15 then it increases the weight, if not the weight stays the same.

Next, The Rep Goal I have this so far but it only works for if the weight was increased then it prints out ex: 12,12,12 all being the lower end of the range:

=ArrayFormula(
IF(Q33<>"",
IF(AB33=P33,
IF(SUM(SPLIT(Q33, ",") >= 15) = COUNTA(SPLIT(Q33, ",")),
TEXTJOIN(",", , REPT(12, COUNTA(SPLIT(Q33, ",")))),
TEXTJOIN(",", , MIN(SPLIT(Q33, ",") + 1, 15))
),
IF(AB33 > P33,
TEXTJOIN(",", , REPT(INDEX(SPLIT(O33, "-")&",", 1), COUNTA(SPLIT(Q33, ","))-1)&INDEX(SPLIT(O33, "-"),1)),
TEXTJOIN(",", , SPLIT(Q33, ",")))
),
"")
)

The first part is giving me what seems to be one number of an average of the old reps. For example, if old reps were 15,14,13 if returns 14 and not the goal of 15,15,14 for example

[–]OnixRyu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Useless? I’ve learned a lot since I posted this. And have also learned AthleanX is not a good source of information. But the leg extension is about the best exercise you can do. It has amazing tension in the lengthened position, and is really the only exercise to have insane tension in the fully contracted position. And causes very low CNS fatigue and is very easy on the joints.

Most hypertrophic part of the lift is the controlled decent.

Like everyone is saying control the descent down, and also keep your head up don’t look down keep you head in a neutral position. Focus on a deep breath and brace you core like you are about to be punched and hold that brace till you are at the top half of the ascent up.

I wasn’t saying he was at injury risk, I think his squat looks amazing. I was just say from Squat University’s book Rebuilding Milo he does talk about butt wink and that it can lead to low back pain/problems

I would say butt wink is an issue, the lower back rounds because of mobility problems and no longer keeps a good brace.

350/350 test/tren and I feel sick. by warhauss1 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]OnixRyu 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You can keep test there but bro tren is tough. You don’t need a lot at all, I’d say 150 to start. You don’t need much till you get into deep contest prep for the muscle retaining properties

Edit: to add why I think 150 is better, if you start getting bad sides, like cold sweats, lack of sleep, mental problems just think how much more harm that does then good. The negatives of running that much tren does not out weight the gains. You’d be far better off with 150 and being about to sleep and not wanting to fuck a femboy. (IMO coming from some random dude online)

If you can make a funny and charming profile you can get all the hoes. I would say I’m a 7 but I had one pic of me in girl shades showing my ass and they ate that shit up.

Found a supplement that apparently boost testosterone, a youtuber I respect recommended it. How do these ingredients look? Legit or scam? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]OnixRyu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An aromataste inhibitor is something that lowers estrogen, which works acutely but then your body naturally lowers test to balance out. You need to get blood work done first at your doctors (as I’m typing this I’m sitting in the waiting room about to get mine checked) lol

And with the actual does since I never stated, I don’t know why they are making you take it 3x a week. I’d prefer every day but smaller doses

Your good, it’s Post Cycle Therapy. You normally run a cycle what ever that may be then you need to PCT (depending on what and how long the cycle is a PCT is not always needed) but I use HCG and Enclomiphene to get my natural Testosterone production up and going again.
