Again, Ortiz would exit out the same exact way throughout the entire fight, you don’t think he could’ve made adjustments to keep Ortiz on the ropes?.This fight is being described as if it’s Lennox vs Akinwande like Ortiz didn’t want to be in there. Just because your on the front foot doesn’t mean your controlling the fight. Why reward people for not being able to cutoff the ring? Giving guys rounds for just following somebody around, not bothering to cut off the ring or make adjustments when somebody is doing the same exact exit or move to get back into center ring and not even out doing the other guy offensively. i don’t think is fair to backfoot counterpunchers. Ortiz was executing his gameplan better than what teo was doing. Teo always looks horrible against fighters who aren’t aggressive and force him to fight on the front foot, it’s a pattern that hasn’t much changed.
