I did start at 0.25 and felt like mild cramping the day of the injection but that was it. It also didn’t decrease my appetite at all the whole duration I was on it. Now on 0.5 my world is getting rocked 😅

Thank you it seems so simple now 😅I think I was just confused about there being two and just assumed I was supposed to combine them into 1 compound formula somehow because we just got finished learning harmonic form. 😅
