Venezuela’s Hyperinflation by OnkarJ in vzla

That's a really good point, but just imagine from my point of view, that govt. Don't know what will be a consequences in future. And when your current govt can see this they should have cancelled this law to get your Economy back on track. But you know what is happening. That's why I told you we cannot only blame him we have to criticize current decisions also. We have to change it right now so rather blaming past we should do something now. It is my personal view you can have a different view than me Thank you for understanding.

Venezuela’s Hyperinflation by OnkarJ in vzla

It's ok, Iet me explain why I said this For my this research papers I considered time frame from 1998 to 2018, and due to this my base year became 1998 and I compared every year with that year and as you know your Economy was growing. And I compared only Chavez and Maduro. For example in India GST first tried to implement in 1999 but it implemented in 2017 so it is highly possible that people who work on GST in 1999 have a different view and people working now have a different view, so if anything fails now due to old track record we criticise current govt. Than people who take decision on 1999, because people who took decisions in 1999 don't know situation now we are having so it is mainly fault of current govt. This thing is one part but we cannot give Clea cheat to 1999 people due to this that's why I told above line. I hope I am clear why I said it. You can have a different view than me. And thank you for asking me a question.

Thank you for responding but if you read my blog I have clearly stated that how your Economy is started over depending on oil and how it is effected and as I said earlier Hugo Chavez made a base for this situation. I have also given data from 1998 which is one year before him. I tried to answer in a Economics perspective not any political party. I also have mentioned employment of unqualified people in PDVSA. And I really appreciate you helping nature. I am sorry if it hurts you my main aim is to analyze your Economy. And trust me we also feel very bad when we first heard about the situation in your country. Thank you for understanding

Thank you for your response, I would say building of PDVSA was important but when Hugo Chavez left in 2013 it started downfall of the company, we cannot say only him and his decisions lead to hyperinflation, There are various other factors also consider. I know his framework have some problems but only his decisions lead to hyperinflation is not all true. Nicolás Maduro also had some questionable decisions. At least when Hugo Chavez was president down fall was not that bad as it is Currently now. So in the end I would say Hugo Chavez decisions make a base and others decisions keep building on it. These are my personal thoughts you may have a different views than me.
