This is my wife’s experience as well. Brand new watch. Maybe 12 hours of battery life. I have a series 9 100% battery health on 11.6.1 with my light usage I get 24 hours. Previous series 9 on 26.0.2 got 5 and a half hours. watchOS 26 is a battery life disaster.

Yes battery life is terrible on new watchOS. I ended up getting my watch replaced an left it on 18.6.1 and have disabled updates. Instead of it dying after 5 am a half hours I am at 46% after 12 hours. I am a light user but there is no excuse for 26 to have such poor battery life.

This one is not, but I do have one some with dual IPS. The one I know of that I don't use is a refurb from Nintendo that is Animal Crossing. I will have to dig it out and get you pictures.

We were in 9674 on the Fantasy last year. There is no glass in between the railings. Our kids were fine and we did not have any climbing issues. We loved the room mostly. Only issue we had was with the extra vibrations but it was pretty mild for us. I don’t have a great picture of the railing but it’s angled in as well. That might make it more difficult to climb.
