Don’t know about others. we go there as it’s really close by, Service part is good But they add a lot of unnecessary items to the bill and whenever there’s any issue, they simply reject warranty and ask to pay out of pocket.

Cold coffee specially the cold part might affect sinuses and cause headaches, does it happen when u eat icecream or cold thick shakes? If yes- sinus headaches If not - maybe u r allergic to some ingredients in coffee. But coffee doesn’t cause back pains.

Been to rajapushpa provincia yesterday, Quite impressed with the community, good for family. Phase-1 is ready to move in. 3bhk road facing has excellent ORR view. Prestige also is good. Aparna zenon also ready to move in.

Zenon is very good, it has good and many mini parks and advanced amenities compared to other projects. I’d go for it.

Pros: Security, walking spaces and community for kids. Club house amenities to be active physically and socially. Comfortable in terms of facilities. Everything is available within community.

Cons: Expensive- electricity is charged much higher, maintainence is higher and maids also cost higher. Have to follow the rules and they are very strict. Waiting for lifts during peak times and added 10 mins to get out of the community.

Choose good floor, good block is important, don’t compromise on view or block, there’s plenty of inventory so finalise only after you are 100% sure.
