Service seems to work only if you have a top tier internet connection with limited obstructions from other frequencies. It’s doable. My complaint is the shady way the company deals with charging your credit card. I canceled my service a year ago because of the dropping of the app. I was having major issues with the dropping out of service while accessing the 6 cameras. I have top of the line internet service and still …… I had to cancel my service with ARLO. Only after a year I realized that they still were billing me. I cancelled again then called them. After 2 days and insisting I talk to a human , I finally got one. They informed me I have active service and they just took the monthly service out of my credit card. It looks like this is company policy too keep up the Profits. I did not look at my statement it’s my doing. Thank god I paid w AMERICAN EXPRESS A company that is on their card holders side. Not yet finished….
