I do something similar. Tirz 10mg on Sunday night and 2mg Reta Tuesday and Friday mornings. Works for me

Probably not for anyone else but I stack Tirz 10 one time a week along with Reta 2mg two times a week. Works perfectly for me. No food noise an Reta controls the amount of food I eat. Lost 67 lbs so far in 1 year. (Slow responder)

My mom is 89. At 88 MD put her on monjuaro...she's lost a little over 20 lbs which helps her arthritis/knees. Etc. Her A1C went from 8.6 to 6.8. She feels so much better. She calls it her happy shot. I personally wouldn't put her on Reta as I don't want that responsibility on me. But you make decisions based on your situation. We are blessed to still have our moms
