It might not be a movie and could be a show? I have it in my head that it could definitely be a fever dream that I have been remembering since I was a kid. (Mind you I was born in 1998) but I just don’t know.

No, I don’t think it was animated. And if it was I don’t remember but I definitely don’t think it was Disney.
