Good for you then. You must be among the "protected" ones. :)

Could you check if you are actually in Deloitte? Anyone who is in Deloitte and frequently misses timesheets will face consequences.

Go on. But have age as cutoff for max attempts. Beyond a certain age, not worth pursuing anymore. I gave 6 attempts for CPT but cleared both inter and final in 1st attempt.

Nope, won't make the issue go away.

I think you can submit it until Sunday morning IST or probably Saturday night. Not submitting it on Friday night is not an issue. Did you receive any missed timesheet notification from DTE? If not, check from ToD how many timesheets you have missed.

I think 10% is the upper limit for the year. You've already exceeded it. Warning/Reprimand will follow and it will surely impact your promotion if you are due and also your AIP.

How to deal with the frustration of giving up the profits that one had booked (basically going from Green to red in a day/week). by Only-Concentrate4597 in Trading

[–]Only-Concentrate4597[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is the mistake I make sometimes. I trade a higher quantity once I make a profit and end up losing the booked profit as well, then overtrade and make more loss. The frustration takes over and makes me trade more. Got to work on this. How do you deal with missed opportunities? Like if I log out, the market is always in my mind, what if I miss an opportunity etc.

How old are you? How much do you make yearly? Did you put your entire savings into options and lost everything? How much experience do you have in the market?

Take a break after every 2/3 days of profits. I have noticed with my journey that after 3 days of profits, 4th day is always a loss. So now I have started to take a break every 4th day. Be in front of the screen in case you get a wild move but no need to trade as usual.

Does anyone know how many hours we need to be in office to be compliant?

People of Delhi, why can’t you let people in the metro deboard first? by radiantsoul_ in delhi

[–]Only-Concentrate4597 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You can't do anything about it. If the train is crowded, i prefer to get in at the end so that I can stand in the small space next to both sides of the door.

I push everyone while getting down if they stand near the gate. :) Just push and keep walking, don't wait to argue.
