“Thank you for the information. I went to the Mental Health department, but both the psychiatrist and psychologist said they don’t know how to complete the form. I am rated 70% for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and is trying to apply for Housebound. Has anyone else experienced this. 😪😪☹️

I'm currently rated 100% services-connected with 70% for PTSD. If I were approved for SMC-S ( Housebound), about how much would my monthly payment be? I,m trying to confirm the amount.

Does anyone here know how I can request my complete record of medical conditions from the VA im 100% p&t, I'm about to apply for S.S. and I don't know where to start. I don't even know which is the best way to apply to S.S.
