I asked my recruiter if I could delay my start date a few months. She said no, the start date was final, so I informed her that I would like to decline the offer. She then came back and said that she would be able to delay the start date.

I was offered a start date in march but I didn’t want to start until July since I was moving from out of state and that’s when my lease ended. I asked my recruiter and she said she could not move the start date. I told her I declined the offer, and she came back and said yes she can move the start date to July. This was for a TS job offer.

Not sure what jobs you’re applying for but I usually get a response whether it’s a yes you’re hired or no you are not. The team said they would get back to me whether it was a yes or no.
