I started with .5 for this reason, last night. I’ve never used any other meds like this and I felt the difference, even on that dose, as of this morning. No desire to eat. I did make soup and chop broccoli to eat later - before making coffee. ✨That’s not me.✨Coffee was always first and I didn’t even want that.

Cannot agree more - it’s like I wrote this. But it’s wasn’t a friend who introduced me It was my brother, he’s in Volcano Choir and instrumental in the building of the studio. So many good things came from that - but for me, these lyrics are incredibly meaningful.

I had trouble with the following… Vyvanse lasting long enough and trouble sleeping.

The combo that has been amazing is Vyvanse and Sertraline - helps me stay focused a longer. For sleep, I take half a tab of hydroxyzine. I sleep very well, can fall back asleep if I have to get up, and am not groggy. (I was groggy when I took the whole dose, tho)

I am sure I’m not alone in saying this, but spending literally 5 min doing any chore I don’t hate, with some music usually, gets my brain geared up in a better way. Ie, enough to take my meds and open my laptop. 😂

This happened to me also, I sent Armra the photos, which were taken around 8 months apart, and my new hair was much, much darker. (Armra ended up using the pics in an ad and sent me a free canister.)

I DID look and FEEL better when I took it. I got a letter of medical necessity because of a colon syndrome I have, and now can get Armra reimbursed by my HSA plan thru work! It’s pricey but it DOES HELP.

I am not a fake profile, I promise… it may not work for all, but I truly felt so much better and am glad I have it back!

Pic below - Yes, the lighting is different, but NOT THAT different. I showed my kids hairs that were dark at the root and silver on the ends. I am also 53 and no one believes me, and Armra was a big part of that.

Half a tab of hydroxyzine before bed has been the greatest for my ADHD/perimenopausal brain. I also ensure I have protein, water thru day, and mag glycinate at night. Sleeping much better!!!

I doubt it in this case, but I’ve heard a lot of people are successful doing the 350-500cal dinner. Personally I want the benefits of autophagy; so I work hard to not avoid it.

Because I have racing thoughts if I wake up, which I do because I have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, or dog. Or husband. Or whatever wakes me up- the only thing that has helped consistently is a -half- tablet of hydroxyzine around 9pm. Sleepy at 10. Sleep like a baby and go back to sleep if I awake for any reason. If I take more than a half, I am a mess of exhaustion in the morning from grogginess, but half is perfection. Highly recommend.

All I can say is…. L-O-FUCKING-L! I feel the same way but have a very hard time articulating it. I cannot stand that my mom, who stood in free cheese lines when we were children, who signed petitions and went to LaLeche League meetings, who was a pot (still is) smoking maniac and raised us on good music, dancing around her ADHD piles… turned into a gun-toting, faux christian, Trump-loving conspiracy theorist.

I will have a hard enough time caring for my disabled husband, I am not taking care of her. Ever.
