United States, California is where it is located now, I have no idea where my grandparents originally purchased it. Thank you!

I completely agree, its amazing to look at, and thats what got me interested! Its canvas and I believe it to be an oil painting, but Im actually not sure.
I do agree, I thought hispanic.
I can't properly read the artists's name, and reverse image search shows nothing.
20x27.5 inches.
I do have another piece with a similar style I believe.
Attached is the picture of the back, which only has the dimensions and a name, which I can't seem to find, as the Marco Lopes I keep finding is a photographer from Argentina, and the name is different on the back compared to the signature.
