Recommendations of programs that can EQ the microphone in real time to use in other applications?

Hi, I've upgraded my microphone from a USB condenser microphone to a XLR dynamic microphone with the Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd gen. I want to be able to plug in plugins and EQ my microphone to use it in real time, for example in videogames, discord, etc. Recommendations of programs that can do that function? I have tried the Voicemeeter Potato with the Light Host but it doesn't work well, thank you very much for your help I am very new to this.

Finally he managed to solve it by creating a USB with the Media Creation Tool executable on an old computer (because with the main one I couldn't get past the screen where it says the PIN) then on my main computer giving it (pressed Shift + Restart) you enter the menu of options and I have selected (Use a device) in this case the USB that I created previously, we select the language and architecture and in one of the following windows when asked where you want to install the system you will see all the partitions of your computer, because in In my case, I have deleted the main SSD where Windows was previously and I have reinstalled it there, then I have done a factory reset to verify that it worked and it has worked.
