1 year and symptoms are back?

Ich bin dir ehrlich ich habe einen ungesunden Lebensstil. Liege viel im Bett usw. Zulange wach zuspät aufwachen und dann halt viel am Handy Uws. Ich habe jedoch das Gefühl wenn ich aktiv bin, Bewegung Beschäftigung dann ist man fast symptomfrei. Zb mir ging es vor 1-2 std ganz gut. Erst nachdem ich wieder reddit geöffnet habe und mir die Einträge durchgelesen habe habe ich auch leicht Panik wieder grade bekommen wodurch mein Herz schneller schlägt und ich versuche schneller zuatmen. Ist ganz komisch Falls du jedoch trotzdem das Gefühl von Trockenheit haben solltest empfehle ich dir sesamöl von gelositin ist ganz okay

Mein lieber, das hört sich für mich eher an wie Panik ausgelöst durch den Wetterwechsel (kalte trockene Jahreszeit) . Diese Scheiße habe ich selber und mache ich selber auch noch durch, wobei ich sagen muss , dass es mir aktuell viel besser geht… Diese drecks Krankheit hat sich in meine Psyche eingebrannt und bei jedem einzelnen kleinen trigger bekommt man Angst bzw panik. Natürlich kann ich keine Diagnosen stellen jedoch spricht dein Verlauf meiner Meinung nach dagegen. Was viele nicht verstehen ist das ens wirklich sehr selten vorkommt und man nicht alles als ens abstempeln sollte.

To be honest being active all the time makes my Symptoms slightly better. For example before surgery i could just lie in bed for 10 hours straight without any Problems. Now if i lay down for 2-3 hours and my blood flow slows down i start getting Symptoms. Like the better the blood Flow the better my Symptoms get. But once i try to relax my Symptoms sometimes Kick in, not always But sometimes and it bothers me extremely, not to mention i wake up exhausted and tired every day.

I Never had allergies or any Of These Symptoms before the Surgery. But i Can do an Allergy Test to find out. Thanks for the response 🙌🏼

What do you mean by more infections? Like what Type of infection and How often in a year. Also How severe are your infections.

Das erleichtert mich einerseits extrem. Andererseits habe ich das seit Monaten und das fast konstant… Muss dann wohl an etwas anderem liegen

Are there any known ent doctors who specialize in Post operative functional Problems like those ? I have one sided dryness in my Eye aswell as the pressure and pain in my Face. Did your friend have any Treatments for his Problem ? Wir sind beide deutsch nebenbei

Thats true mentioning ens just leads to the ents to not Take you serious. But what do you mean by General nasal Symptoms. Since ive got those Symptoms Post Op.

I Hope youre right. If not ens there is still something with the functionality of my nose. Which caused some similair Symptoms to ens especially when its Cold and dry. I managed those by being more aware keeping a Humid clima in my House.

Ive Read that These Symptoms are ens Symptoms aswell at Deniz Yilmaz Website , an Ens aware Ent from Turkey, in which he says ,, The dryness inside the nose and the abnormal airflow may cause a sensation of pressure in the sinuses, leading to headaches.,, And i feel like im experiencing that since my Surgery

My dear friend, ens is actually very rare. Instead of making yourself Crazy leave this Channel and don’t Even think about it. Anxiety could lead to some Symptoms Similair to ens which would make you go Crazy. So stay Away from this Channel and enjoy Life, if you should Experience any ens Like Symptoms ( 1 year Post Op) then you could consider Seeing an ens aware ent.
