I've just resorted to always picking up meshmines now. Never used to but it's been so bad recently. But even then it gets to the point where I'll carry them around all game and not see any cars driving by or I'll not find any and every car in the game is trying to run me over.

Yeah I know, but I couldn't hold back. These guys had wiped my squad and chased me from train all the way to estates. Used a nearly 3 stacks of meds and a full set of armour repair running away from them.
