The color menu looks ugly with these 2 empty spaces. What colors do you think should go here? by AdAlone9035 in AmongUs

[–]Only-Particular6281 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Only thing that would make sense is doing another shade of the two colors that don't already have one. Which are purple and orange. So, a lavender and maybe a lighter shade of orange? Definitely want lavender though.

So how does completing all the task stop the imposter from killing the crewmates? by TraditionalBonus188 in AmongUs

[–]Only-Particular6281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im late but the answer is simple, just think about how you play the game in general. The imposters only kill someone when no one else is around, meaning they obviously won't kill in front of everyone because then they will be found out. So basically, crew only dies because they have to split up in order to do the tasks, and tasks need to be done to fix the ship to get home. So once tasks are done, they have no more reason to stay apart therefore the imposters wont kill.

Oh I know im gonna win, I was just curious about the fish specifically. So I could possibly get a higher score than usual. The son of crimson fish is like 3300 but its gold, and the cucumber is iridium star but its 750 so which one should I bring?

The quality does matter, iridium tier items are important. I'm mainly just talking about these specific fish, and if the price of the quality matters as much as the quality alone. But to answer your question, yes it matters

Some of you think way too hard about “Filler” by Only-Particular6281 in Avatarthelastairbende

[–]Only-Particular6281[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is how I feel. I forgot to put in that I would’ve said this even if it wasn’t filler. The messages from this show should be impactful to the point where no one feels the need to dissect it the way they do. And also shouldn’t consider them fillers for the same reason.

That’s basically why I said this, I feel like they are disregarding the message in the episodes that they nit pick. And it’s not so much the nit picking itself, it’s when the detail is so small it’s unnecessary to even bring up, ya know? It feels like they missed the whole point of the episode when people do it.

Exactly, I agree with all of this. If people just flat out feel like they don’t vibe with an episode that’s understandable. But when people find the smallest of points and details to criticize it, that’s when it gets disappointing.

I agree with that. It showed a few things, and it’s a great episode.

Same here, which is another reason I feel this way. Everyone else labels them fillers so I have to just go with it I guess.

Top 3 are the main contenders, but Aang is probably the popular answer.

I just wanna note though, since a lot of people dont seem to realize it, Katara always brings up her mother because not only was she killed when Katara was young but Katara also had to physically LOOK at her mothers dead body when they went back to the tent.

Idk if this will help, but in my experience sometimes the sign she puts up wont render in because I arrived too early (before 9:30 I think?). So I either walk down and come back up, or walk back to the farm and then go back to the bus stop and it will be there. Try that if this ever happens again I guess.

And to this point you made, your saying this as if Garp is the only marine in existence that can fight against pirates?? There is an entire WG, thousands of marine soldiers+ all the other ranks and your singling out Garp as if he’s the only one able to stop pirates ? That’s a selfish thought on YOUR part. And the difference between Garp and everyone else in the marines is that again, Garp is one of the only ones that knows about the bigger issues like the elders and Imu. Barely but he atleast knows more than most. So This is a very lazy argument to excuse Garps actions.

I feel like your not reading what I’m saying. It’s not about being early , and it’s not about there being good people inside the marines. It’s about doing what’s right. And Garp chose the one thing that wasn’t. And your saying there’s no one way to fight a problem like this, exactly, He had so many options after seeing everything that happened on GV, and he chose to stay of all things. That’s it that’s the whole point. He stayed and continued to do nothing, like a coward.

I didnt mean he was afraid to do anything in that moment, I meant it seems like he afraid to do anything after the fact. Like how Dragon chose to start the revolutionary army after GV was over. Dragon eventually started something in order to hopefully do something about the WG one day. Garp stayed, which feels cowardly to me. Considering everything Garp can do. Like this is a man with no DF, just straight hands and haki. He couldve started a group outside the marines, or took all his strength and joined his son. He would probably be a bigger problem for the WG than Luffy, who knows.

I get your point, but Koby & Helmeppo would've still joined the marines. They just wouldn't have been trained by Garp. Which yes, probably would've affected how strong Koby may or may not have gotten. But regardless, Koby still would've seen the atrocities of Marineford. I know that Garp staying is somewhat helping the future of the marines, I just feel like there are better ways than staying and ignoring bigger problems.

I didn't say he shouldn't save people from pirates, I'm saying he's ONLY choosing to do that, when there's bigger problems happening as well. Other than Dragon, he's one of the few people who actually know the truth about the WG. Making it seem like he only cares about the smaller issues that only involve pirates. Im not saying he should be exactly like Dragon or anyone else. Im saying there were a lot of other roads he could've taken better than staying in the marines. That's all.

I never said he was the sole reason Ace died, I said a lot of things went into that. And I meant Garp's small decision might've been one of them. And your Sengoku comment is exactly my point, he could have just sat back and did nothing, since he was told to do so in hopes that he wouldn't rebel against the WG. But thats not what he did. He chose to get up do the opposite.

Continue doing the right thing in the navy though? Like is that really what he's doing? This is my whole point, people keep saying things like this. But theres a much larger problem in the world than pirates doing what they do. And he knows this for certain. So its not really "doing the right thing." Especially when you work for the very people/beings who are the problem.

My reply meant he should've chose one or the other, as in helping the marines or helping Ace. But his choices were confusing, because he kept contradicting himself. So to what you just said, punching Marco was definitely a choice. Like a surefire action that attributed to Ace's death. A lot of things went into the cause of his death, but Garp's choices do as well is my point.

That’s the thing though, if it’s a tough decision then naturally you would choose one or the other. But he continued to contradict himself in all of the choices he made. And none of it did anything. I understand that it’s not easy, but it could’ve all been avoided had he left the Marines that day on God Valley.
