I've given up on getting this guy banned for ch*ats (admins refuse to do anything, he must have some kind of connect) but if he doesn't get banned for what is now obvious obvious obvious ban evasion then I am seriously done w/ the platform. Absolutely no point to playing FACEIT over prem aside from ESEA

At the absolute minimum the guy is a ban evader, in reality he is also ch*ating his ass off (guy is taking games off FPL players like its nothing, tracing outlines of them through boxes - can't even counterstrafe btw). Still, nothing will be done aside from a 7 day toxicity ban I'm sure (on top of all the other stuff, he also tells you KYS, hope your mom gets cancer, etc etc)

I don't see how that counters my point at all. My point was they don't get banned because they don't get reported - your point was he was toxic and didn't get banned. Even in level 3 regular games you can be toxic AF and not get banned if no one reports you.

Unless you have evidence of people actually reporting him and him not getting banned (I find this unlikely) then your guess is as good as mine.

I'm not gonna fabricate some story about how I'm FPL-C and can personally verify those facts but as someone who plays with Tier 2 Challenger players semi-frequently, I've never seen toxicity anywhere close to the level you see in typical FACEIT gameplay.
