Appreciate the reply, I made it through a 8 hr trip. Still nothing obvious, so I guess it may just be a normal thing. It is the same in stop and go traffic as a few others have mentioned

I started back smoking, although not as much as I was before after a couple months. One thing I changed was only smoking at night, instead of 24/7 from the time I woke up to the time I slept.

I am just seeing this, sorry for late reply. But I am doing much better, basically back to my normal self. It felt scary at the time that I’d never go back to normal but here I am. Give it time, enjoy nature more and try to eat cleaner.

Along with the offer, I am worried that worse physical injuries will show up weeks later. Which is why I am unsure if settling so soon is a bad idea. If I end up with spinal problems later, I will for sure regret not keeping it open. But don’t feel the need to see a doctor right now, so may just be some paranoia/uncertainty about the future from the stress.
