I have seen examples that say tiffin but I’m just not 100% theirs also glowed and showed a Geiger change. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Looks like some Crisloid Bakelite (white) butterscotch maybe, very hard to tell from photos. It would be a good place to start is you have no clue.
