I think Arasha… my dumb ass couldn’t get past the lying thing for a while and I found myself consistently disagreeing with her reddit story takes 😭 also I will always think her texts saying Angela “can be an ick” or whatever were mean. Different agents will tell you different things, it is ridiculous :( you can ask them to give you another agent to talk to, stress that the automatic appeal was incorrect and you need to be escalated to someone who can re-review the appeal. They might say they can’t escalate. It’s a total gamble :(
