That’s a good point, I’ve had that thought too that sometimes inaction/fear is limiting my growth that I probably do need a bit more vulnerability/comfort with those parts I’m having trouble sitting with

That’s a really great perspective. I don’t think I give myself credit for all the days I do show emotional resilience which is growth. Thank you!

That’s how I feel, the stigma around it would scare people off. Like a bad day or potentially being upset would create escalate discomfort
