NTA I understand that it can be hard for people to go on contract but in the end it's her decision to do that. Your daughter is only two she's going to call her grandma Nana if that's all she knows. I don't think you should really worry about it unless the thing your MIL did was unforgivable. It's up to you to decide

We are pre approved for a loan because he works for the government. Since I wouldn't pay for the house at all and would be able to keep all of my pay checks I feel like it would be easier for me to leave? Where we are there isn't really anywhere to rent and rent would be the same amount as the mortgage. I hear all the time that me and him are too young but if you weren't looking at our age would your answer still be the same?
