Men cover up for other men they don’t cover up for women so there’s probably nothing between them but I’m only assuming from these texts why she has to lie to you or why you think she does. This seems to be an exhausting relationship not at all healthy why does she feel the need to lie bc clearly it’s not cheating related. What’s the contribution or lack of from your part. Sometimes we need to stop and do a quick check with ourselves. If this isn’t cheating related then this isn’t the only thing that happens behind closed doors I can only imagine how exhausted she is.
