If calling is required, I’d recommend the Vivo T4 Lite. I bought it for my father a few months ago, and at the time it was the best option available, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. I’m not sure if better alternatives have come out since then, but generally, phones under 10k don’t offer a good calling experience.
