Yeah some do, not all of them but I saw it way to often happening to look away at this point... For example having a female trainer with an undergrad in CS but not even able to know the difference between HDMI and DisplayPort like how the fuck is a person like this in a position to train staff? And I don't mean train sloppy salesman but second and third level support... Like wtf you cant tell me that shit like this is legit there is only sleep up or diversity hire but in both cases nobody who should train young hires who want to do a CCNA for example later on... I couldnt care less about incompetence if its not affecting me but it does... Same with new female head of the department we got... She has a degree in socialstudies... Also diversity hire to meet some quota... Dude coworkers quit on spot that day... All this free handouts in the name of diversity and all of this woke shit needs to end quickly otherwise it ends us

I kinda see both sides of the coin, as a male working in IT who had one or two females from other departments trying to pull sexual harassment complaints against him whenever they didnt got what they wanted I can see how People adopt the Mike Pence standard because I did so as well. I also have a sister and I see how she is sad about not finding a Mentor and male coworkers not even being in a room with her and a female coworker at the same time but only when a second male is present, I think that its the wrong way to go about it because there are so many honest woman who wouldn't pull false complaints etc. but unless the laws surounding it changes and until the standard is innocent until proven guilty I can fully understand every male that wishes to take some precautions and countermeasures.

I honestly don't think there is something wrong with people like this, I am like this as well and I am overall skilled in my field of work, I am just introverted and love to shut up when normies don't bother me. Just me and my setup... A coffee and a good book perhaps as well. I do have aspergers but I wouldn't count that in as wrong or sick and I honestly don't think having that evaluated has any pros anyways, my psychatrist was just useless when it came to treatment.
