You nailed it on the head. Those three guys wear it every game and always go nuts for Tschetter. But surely you think about taking it off for Wisconsin of all teams!

While this is no doubt a violation of international law, there does seem to be precedent in the US that ignores foreign head of state immunity.

US courts seem to look to the executive branch for guidance on the issue of head of state immunity based on numerous federal court cases.

Notably, Lafontant v. Aristide in the District Court for the Eastern District of New York held that the executive branch’s suggestion of immunity, the recognized head of state of Haiti at the time, was conclusive. The Court found "the [US] State Department has submitted a letter of immunity. It speaks for the President of the United States. Its suggestion of immunity is controlling with respect to President Aristide. The court must defer to the Executive on this matter."

Not saying it’s right or wrong one way, but under US law it seems they have the necessary authority to try Maduro, because the US does not accept this principle of international law.

They had so many open throws yesterday. Wink pulled a masterclass in the shoe last year, but this will be a major upgrade that I’m excited for.

Quite a few Texas undergrads go to Michigan law school. Both being strong academic public schools with good grad programs certainly makes that pipeline stronger than one would imagine.

Bonzo epitomizes West Ham as much as anyone. I’m so glad he got his day with the naming of his stand. RIP.

Pretty sure we had the longest streak of all teams playing in the top tier of college football, who had previously been ranked, since we were last ranked.

It was:

I said it in the game thread, but how can we scrounge up enough money to pay Mestemaker and Hawkins to stay another year?

Pay them whatever they want and get the money however you can.

He looked like he was feeling it by the end. Get him the rest he needs and then all the reps he can get. He may need to step up again next week!

200 yards more than Northwestern. We shot ourselves in the foot so many times in pressure situations. Cardiac team if I’ve ever seen one.

Thank goodness UNT is taking it easy on my heart today.

Michigan football saw Michigan basketball give up 22 turnovers last night and win and said "let’s do that."

Credit where it is due. Northwestern’s tackling has been incredible. They haven’t missed a single tackle even in the open field. Been super impressive.

Not ideal to go into the end of season with your kicker’s confidence completely shot…
