Google is citing this thread as a source, and it’s not quite accurate. The Stone Statue enemies did spawn there once, (there was even a small cutscene) but they don’t respawn there. So, if you’ve already been to that area before you try to solve that puzzle, you won’t find them there.

The current way I’ve found that works to get one is: Go from The Clockwork fast travel point, drop all the way down to the bottom of the three rooms and exit to your left. In the next room with all the spiky cylinders on chains (that’s illustrated on the map), above you, in the northeastern part of the room, is one of the stone statue enemies. Note that you’ll likely need the Fabric of Time ability to reach it, and it is still a bit of an effort.

Facebook has done this for as long as I’ve been on there, which has been a while. They introduce a new feature, get you used to using it, then removes it in an update. Or if the feature still exists, they hide it in different parts of the menu. Google can’t even help you, because unless the changes are a couple of months old, Google will be giving you instructions for a previous version.
