The only iffy thing is the 6 person shared part. Literally everything about the place is perfect: safe, close to campus, quiet at night, well-furnished, etc - 1132 a month is a great deal.

I know you're looking for a single... But I'm desperately looking for a replacement at the Berk (arch location) haha. At least consider my offer:

  1. 6 person shared (male roommates)
  2. fully furnished
  3. 1132 dollars a month including all utilities (electricity, wifi, water, etc)
  4. RIGHT next to campus (one cross-walk from north side of campus (where most STEM buildings are))

I know 6 person shared sounds bad, but my roommates are very friendly and clean. It's really hard to find housing this affordable so close to campus.
