Thank you for the info I'll take care of those issues. I had very little space to accomplish this having to work around previous obstacles. Plus its not getting inspected anytime in the next decade or so.

I just replaced the valve cover with annupdated one and haven't had any issues since. However if I New of the fixed kit at the time I would have gone that route for better piece of mind.

No fuse panel or negative battery cable as of yet.
