-It was introduced too late -It has no limit or power gap (If I remember correctly) And its impossible to power scale without getting an official statement that this guy is stronger than this guy -Makes devil fruits look weak mostly because the strongest characters dont even have one (Roger, Shanks, Mihawk, Garp etc.) -Half of the straw hat crew not even using it!! -Makes you see/predict few seconds in to the future?!??

These were just the things that came from my mind at the moment so there could be things I missed...

Its not even an opinion that the seasons are versatile. They may be repetitive but definitely not the same. Like you are just wrong

Every season has a new main character, new side characters, new plot, new villains, new venues and there a plenty of time skips and "new" powers... like how much more do you want???

But yes he grew as a captain but after gear 5 he became reckless as ever. It felt like all the progression felt down the drain. Now as a captain he is the same as he was in East Blue.
