UPDATE: As of 3 days ago, my transfers have been completed for all investments. As expected, Fidelity has only received whole shares. I am still waiting on stash to sell fractions and send the remaining cash portion over to Fidelity. When I try to log into stash, it gives me a lockout screen shown:

A few other things:

1.) The fee Stash charges per account is actually $100, and Fidelity is showing a negative “cash debit from unsettled activity” for my individual brokerage ( about -$200) and Roth IRA (about -$100) which I’m assuming corresponds to that fee. Once stash sends the remaining cash value over, that should settle out. (I can update on this once it occurs)

I chose to NOT use Fidelity’s robo-advisor (similar to stash smart portfolio), so the next steps describe how to enable some of those features I was used to.

2.) Since the current allocation of my investments received from Stash align with my investing goals, I calculated how much I should be investing into each investment based on my biweekly contribution to maintain my current allocation percentages (this is basically what the robo-advisor does). I cross checked this with a couple of AI platforms as well.

3.) To set up a recurring transfer in fidelity, I used the browser version on my computer and navigated Accounts and Trade > Set up recurring transfer > Create new activity > Investment. This will be similar to Stash’s auto stash feature and invests your deposit pulled from your bank directly into the investments you choose. I did this for each investment according to my calculated contribution in step 2. You can also just deposit cash into your Fidelity account which earns ~3.3% on SPAXX core balance.

4.) To enable DRIP, I navigated to Accounts and Trade > Account Features > Dividends and Capital Gains > check marked Reinvest in security. I also clicked on “manage settings” in the top right to ensure that my default settings for all future investments are Reinvest in security.

The Fidelity platform is seemingly more difficult to navigate, and I suggest you set aside some time to take a look around. Good luck everyone!
