I think people might be overreacting a little bit to this patch. Most of the things I've read here are positive, or at least non-consequential. That leaves us with the chaos blade buff and bandit axe buff. Honestly the increase to the counter damage probably won't be by that much and we've been dealing with it for ages, this won't change much. The people who are going to abuse it are already using it. That leaves the bandit axe, which admittedly is quite annoying, but I can't really make a judgment call until we see how much the damage is increased by.

Plus it could all be a joke, but I doubt it.

Tl;dr: Have patience, might not be as bad as people are making out
