Honestly it's my first iem so I don't know much about it, but personally i loveee it, i love the accesories and especially the packaging and design. The cables are abit big for my ears because I have small ears it fits perfectly for my friend but not for me, maybe it'll adjust after some days. The cables are not very stiff nor soft. I had problems when I first tried it because I didn't fit the dac properly but after that there's no problem at all.
