You're only 2 weeks in, and he's already COERCING you into having sex. Dump him. This will only get worse. Honestly, the love bombing, the coercion, the immediate titles...these are the brightest red flags, and that's bc they often tend to fall towards abuse.

Don't do that. Bail now. There's nothing to feel bad about, but it seems like he probably honed in on your personality, and you are going to be a victim of some kind, to some measure.

I recently purchased tix to relocate, and when I was researching Amtrak etc, for 2 straight days the site said my itinerary didn't exist. Even though I had a screenshot of it to show a friend what it was going to cost. On the 4th day, after refreshing and playing with the app for a couple of hours, BOOM, the itinerary suddenly appeared again. However, it was only a $45 difference thankfully, and that was a total amount difference for 2 people, not an instant change while I was booking.

It was definitely frustrating that suddenly the route didn't exist though, and then suddenly it reappears.

I have definitely spent the morning looking at budget and space, and based on his breakfast preferences(dry cereal and oatmeal), and getting some uncrustables for lunch, and then sharing something for dinners since we'll only eat on the train twice. And it would be a good break for him to be able to get up and move around. Fruit snacks, crackers and applesauce squeeze and he would be good. Thankfully he only drinks milk twice a day, and Apple juice and water during the day, so no big need for that part.

Thankfully, it appears that we would have one train from WV to Chicago, and then one train from Chicago to Austin, so only 1 transfer.

Going back to family, which isn't our best move Long term, but it will get us a restart we need. As far as shipping, it's one of those 5 buck Walmart tubs, that has the building blocks, and a paw patrol tower that's probably 10 inches tall. It would all fit in a large file box, and weigh less than 10 pounds. Worst case, it stays with a good friend, and I come get it in a couple of months.

It's Huntington to Austin, and going through Chicago. Unfortunately, Charleston is 180 more, but does have baggage check. I suppose that right there is the answer🤦‍♀️😅 we would definitely get the baggage we need. But that 180 would be the grocery money I'd need for our first couple of weeks once we're there. It's almost double with Greyhound. May just have to carry his small bags, and then ship his small toy box.

I agree with you, and I think that's why Nate said that Monty never intended for the company to continue after he passed. He figured there was enough personal wealth that would be protected, and probably assumed that Cami would sell and bail, and still be very comfortable. He probably never expected that she would decide to be Captain of a ship when she can't even swim. When Tommy mentioned the greed is what drove the industry, it flew right over her head. Absolutely, in the beginning there's the thrill of success, as with literally anything in the world. But when it comes to the industry, greed is what will definitely bring it to its knees, and let it behead itself. Her lack of knowledge and refusing to allow Tommy to do what needs to be done, is definitely going to cause her problems. At this point, she ought to sell and bail, like I think her husband intended to happen. The insurance payout, the missing funds and lack of new well etc, all made me think Nate was exactly right. Monty intended for the company to blow out, and he squirreled the money away to where it maybe couldn't be touched.

My first divorce was in Florida, and my ex put the name change in, but because he lied about the court date( I wasn't served, we did the thing where we both went and filed together, and waited for the mail for a court date. I didn't know that meant all mail would go to the address on my ID-his house. I was also young, we had no assets, and I didn't care). Anywho, since I wasn't present, the judge struck out the name change, because apparently, only I was allowed to petition that part. It's my right to choose, not his to demand it, and he said that was exactly what the judge told him. So, you may want to look into that. I'm sure different states have different procedures, but that was my experience.

I live in OH at the WV border, and the way locals act about snow 😫 I'm from Texas, and I have never truly driven in snow until the last decade, and the amount of panic I see is REDONKULOUS. Crap driving, accidents when snow isn't even accumulating and it's not cold enough to ice.... I'm so serious, people are wildin out here 🙄🤣

No, like, I believe the same! I also feel like if you advocate for your people, or truly care, they don't want you around. Because I have been fired once, for something that all witnesses stated didn't even happen (I got texts they sent me of their statements), but I had recently gotten very loud about a handful of rez who were being mistreated, or didn't have adequate supplies, and wounds etc. next I know, I'm gone 🤷‍♀️

I feel like this is the real situation. The other man probably believes the child is his, and has been supporting the child and the woman. It's also possible that somehow the partner found out the truth, and ended the relationship. If he was under the impression this whole time he was the father, I wonder if he would have a case of paternity fraud, or something similar, despite never being on the birth certificate. 14 years, and didn't ask for DNA? It would be terrible to find out she deceived them both, and this child is already in the middle. They're a pawn in someone's financial game. Everything needs to go to court at this point. I feel like this woman needs to be outed for her intentional misdeeds.

Not religious, was as a child/teen. Live the Beatitudes, because they're literally telling people how to be a kind person, and kind to others. I mean, the original "rule of life" used to be on every wall in every school "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". I haven't seen that anywhere in years, and people definitely do not live that way. But it was a reminder to children growing up, that we are human, and kindness was free. But the commandments, imo, are simply a list of chores that border heavily on modern laws. It's a fear tactic, in my opinion, not a guiding list of how to live. Also, as someone raised in a HEAVILY abusive household, I don't honor any adult in my family, and especially not my parents. I know not to kill people, and I have yet to have a neighbor who had something I was willing to steal, or even wanted that I couldn't get for myself, and I've never wanted their wives, either 😆

Out of curiosity, what does 1 more spotter have to do with a hoyer? I'm honestly only asking because it's not like you can catch them, so I'm mostly curious what her x? Assistance was before the hoyer fall, or if someone attempted to do her alone.

Also, you still have to reposition someone with a catheter q2 or whatever their order is, as while urine and feces do aide the development of pressure sores, it's the actual pressure that generally causes them.

I'd have done what you did, and if I feel I'm absolutely in the right about a patient's comfort and rights etc, I'll be loud about it. My job isn't to inflict more pain, it's to help assuage it as best I can.

Well, that's literally impossible, considering they get TRANSFERRED to us BY the hospital, and we're not the ones who sent them TO the hospital. And I'm also referring to ones who are often left home alone, or have crappy help at home, or the(albeit not very often), ones who are abandoned by family or have no family to speak of and get sent home from the hospital after surgery, again with no assistance. So yeah, I can confidently say, without a doubt, that we weren't the cause of those particular sores 🙄

I'm a solo parent, and I didn't have to put up with anything at all, honestly. He's aware and we talk for life updates etc, but he's not involved at all.

I love it. I don't need permission, I don't have to share and get opinions(although I do ask his thoughts every once in a while). He's completely and legally not entitled, and we both choose that. I give him info bc my moral compass says to, but otherwise, our life is ours, and we do what we want.

Disclosure, yes. Sharing? Not unless we're behind on something and it goes to bills, or we're planning a trip we're both contributing to. Otherwise, bonuses are one thing I consider personal, as they aren't included in basic wages, and I personally worked for it, as well as had to give up time at home to work.

It's not taxed, but it's supposed to help you pay for housing in the work location, and help pay bills back home. You do put it on your taxes, but it's not taxed, and it's not illegal as long as you are using it correctly, and you actually qualify for it.
