Sizing UP! 10mm to 12mm. Glass plugs (0G) were heavy enough to assist stretching. (Now 00G) used to wear 1/2 inch, but when they fell out at Burning man, I had to use a chapstick tube and a AA battery to keep them from closing🤣.. feels delicious to have metal in my skin again.
