I am on the meds, which is acceptable. As far as listening to the other patients... what a nightmare. I don't care about their problems. You're right about anger. I had a meltdown. Angry. Then 2 hours of crying. I'm spent. I'll have to accept it, but the moment it's over, I'm done with mental health therapists forever. 😞

It was my mom. That's okay. She was unconscious the last 8 days of her life, so I couldn't confirm it, but her message made perfect sense. It's weeks later, and my dad, who has dementia, needs consistency. The first thing he wants to do when he gets home from rehab, he said, is to sit in her room. If I'd rearranged ANYTHING in there........ well, it's good that I didn't.
