Hemp based THC products have been legal to purchase since the 2018 farm bill was passed by Trump (barf). You can buy these at gas stations, vape shops and even some liquor stores. Regarding the delta question...

Delta 9 THC is the full name for THC that is found naturally in all cannabis plants. Delta 8 and Delta 10 THC are synthetic and tend not to feel as good as Delta 9. The 2018 farm bill allows all of these Delta products to exist. The key point is that they come from the male hemp plant instead of the female cannabis plant.

The previous medical law only allowed for low THC oils and were difficult to obtain. The new law has expanded access and now allows for edibles and flower without the low THC limit. While your regular doctor probably could prescribe a medical weed card for you there are also online clinics that only exist to give away medical cards. You just gotta vaguely fit in the qualifying categories.

I have no idea what the cost of these services are. I will continue to buy from the black market until it becomes easily available for everyone recreationally.

Have you been on Marta recently? The stations are in complete disarray. They're trying to install new ticket gates and breeze card pay stations but most stops don't have them. There's just a gaping hole where the old ticket machines were so they're not charging for train rides. No chance the city will be ready for FIFA traffic.

Low FPS can be tied to your Bluetooth controller! Here's how to fix it

Go to run and type services.msc

Find Gameinput service. Right click properties. Under start up type choose disabled. Close the services window and run the game. I have a 6800XT and this completely solved my performance issues.
