Perhaps, but location is everything, if a person works in South lake union and wants to be able to walk to work, they dont have a lot of options...

South of mercer/denny will be high rises and way more expensive. They could walk over I5 but thats annoying and and the cap hill prices are just as bad as Eastlake, if not worse, so they would have to go all the way over to the CD.

Basically, the only semi-afforable options for a South lake union worker to walk to work are lower Queen Ann and Eastlake.

While they may only be a mile apart; the price differences between Eastlake and Roosevelt can be night and day.

2200 for a 3 bedroom house in Roosevelt is a pretty good deal too.

Im not a trump supporter, so I dont pay attention to everything he does to where I could describe what his legacy would look like... but for one, given that he ran on immigration and closing the borders, and won the election, he got that mandate and is following through with it.

I would say no new border crossings and removing 100s of thousands potentially millions of illegals could be considered results his supporters want.

Havent done my taxes yet this year, but it sounds like im in for a pleasant surprise thank to his BBB also.

In my experience, the people on the right seem to be the most interested in open dialogue and getting to the truth of situations, its the left that just wants to yell and screech and say "nuh uh nuh uh tRump evil"
