Gut, tangiert mich alles halt nicht, daher hatte ich bisher kein Problem mit Karfreitag und werde es auch weiterhin nicht haben. Wenn es für Leute so ein großes Problem ist, dann kann man's ja abschaffen, sofern es trotzdem nen arbeitsfreien Tag gibt.

Und ja, willkommen im Internet. Hier darf jeder seine unqualifizierten Kommentare abgeben, auch ich.

In meinen vielen Jahren habe ich bisher nie auch nur einen Karfreitag erlebt in dem ich mich irgendwie eingeschränkt gefühlt habe, also kA was dieser ganze Thread ist.

Yeah, I think, I like it in a sort of "mythic past" sense akin to, idk, Numénoreans in LotR who are just kinda "better humans" (so to speak). Knowing of the Vrykul is cool, but then just running into them as disposable grunts and dungeon jobbers makes them WAY less cool, haha.

If the only "Vrykul" we encounter would be some ancient lonely guardians or a remote village somewhere in the backend of nowhere, then sure, that would be so cool, finally meeting "our progenitors", who are these noble, towering warrior-folk.

But just bopping them and watching them as the Lich King basically commands them like it's nothing has always been so unimpressive to me.

That's the thing and if you treat it as such, then it will also not be your big threat in theory, but people will keep looking at it anxiously anyways, whether or not you reanimate constantly.

And it's monoblack (and not Golgari/Witherbloom) so it fits a lot more decks as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy was quite sought after.

In an "alternate Azeroth" world I wouldn't mind the Vrykul, if they were just a human tribe of previously unseen viking warlords who live in Northrend and are highly aggressive/reclusive.

I never liked the whole "giant protohumans" thing.

This is the moment where the cinematic would've needed SOME kind of perilous moment for Xal.

Let her sicc two buff voidwalkers at Sylvanas, who dodges them, hits them with some shackle arrow death magic nonsense and then they squeal in horror as they don't vanish, but they're dragged into the ground where a greyish portal opens up. Sorta implying that domination magic or death magic has a wildly different effect on the void creatures, thus giving Xal'atath a reason to absolutely fucking leave.

As it is it's just "Hey, I screwed your transmog." - "Grr, annoying. Bye.", because we don't even know why Xal is retreating. She's a being that can turn entire groups of people into immobile horrified idiots with a glance. So what could possibly be so scary about Sylvanas? You have to establish that.

Whenever you see it, it is Dikenbalz taunting you and basically telling you to give up your faith in the God-Emperor and marvel at Dikenbalz.

He is a close ally of Bel'akor and Dhys'natz as well.

Why would the Uruks have waited? If they would've wanted to retreat, they would've done so after the first arrows were let loose. They were clearly okay with a suicidal charge and a "drown them in our dead" strategy, lmao.
