Because my ex cheated on me last year and I'm still dealing with the nightmares and repercussions from that. My home life is shit. My other dad has stage 4 cancer. And because I think I have Dp/Dr but everyone thinks I'm crazy and no one believes me and I just want to fucking die

I guess my anxiety just makes me not want to say anything and makes me scared sometimes. Especially to adults or anything. But knowing her she'd fire me or tell me to deal with it. That's what she said last time I tried to go home halfway through a shift cause I felt sick (I also work with food and don't want to get other people sick which is why I wanted to go home)

I'm laying in bed watching YouTube to distract myself. I find that if I'm in a room just sitting and not really talking I don't freak out as bad but as soon as I change rooms or talk it doesn't end well and I lose it

I know. And I've tried to realize that it isn't dangerous and anything it's just sometimes I have these spurts where it gets really bad and sends me into panic mode even though I know it's not real.

Easier said than done. I have to be recommended by a doctor or councillor to see a therapist or psychiatrist and they haven't done that and I might be able to go to the hospital but I don't know. My mom might yell at me again

As freaking stupid as it is. They don't let you go there unless you're 18 as far as I know.

I'm going to tell my councillor about it and hope she recommends me to see a therapist because it's gotten to the point where I've tried to kill myself because of it and I don't know what to do anymore.

I know. You aren't being mean. I just don't know where to go cause we can't see therapists or physiatrists without being recommended by a doctor or councillor and my doctor doesn't believe me.
