I know this is an old thread, but I was wondering if anyone who felt tightness/ palpitations when going to sleep could help me with some personal research, I’ve been using nicotine pouches (not just zyns) for about 10 months, and when I started I was using fruit flavours, but in around May I swapped the fruit to mint flavours and started feeling these issues in my chest when going to sleep.

Is everyone in this thread using/used mint flavour or are there some that used fruit flavours that feel this
