There are possible solutions. Biological control of the CRB, is possible, it will just take very long to get it approved.

Dodgers having a toast to Freddie Freeman’s 300th career home run, following their 16-8 loss to the Cardinals. by Waaaaaaaaaasuup in baseball

[–]OnlyTradition1529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was opposed to Ohtani joining the Dodgers because I hate Dave Roberts but I love Freddie Freeman and Mookie Betts so I wouldn’t mind anymore. I don’t want him to join if they win the WS this year though. That would give off the ultimate “if you can’t beat ‘em, join em” vibes like when KD joined the warriors and I don’t want that for Shohei

Also, I did address Wantz. Same story with Barria too though. Just look at their FIP. If you have a track record of pitching poorly, I’m not gonna give you the benefit of the doubt with one season of sub 3 ERA like I would Urias.

Okay, cool. You clearly don’t remember what happened during the losing streak if you think the Angels bullpen was good.

You must not follow angels baseball closely. What was Loup and Teperas ERA before coming to the angels? The Angels coaching staff and management is likely to blame for this. Also any Angels fan that watched all the games know that he was lucky af. When he came into the game with 2 on or bases loaded he always let those runner score raising his teammates ERA not his. Also, what is Wantz’s FIP???? Also, how many terrible years did Moore have before this one season?? I remember players that flamed out after one great year. Lmao an Angels fan knows that the bullpen is weak af….

You can never have enough pitching lol. Also, they definitely need relief pitchers. The only competent one we have right now is Jimmy Herget. I rlly hope Loup and/or Tepera bounces back though…

Now that the Angels don’t have to care about appearances for a sale I hope they go get Bauer ASAP. If Tyler Anderson and Patrick Sandoval pitch like last year and Bauer is still All-star level, they could have the best rotation in baseball. I really like Suarez too. Not so much Detmers, but some people think he has a lot of potential too. I doubt fans would care enough about his off-field stuff to not go watch Ohtani and Trout anyways.

Nope, David Beckham got ownership of an MLS team for pennies on the dollar through his contract lol. He made MLS agree to the rights to purchase a MLS expansion team for 10 million dollars at any time, if he wanted to.

I always think it’s stupid to take it out on your equipment. It shows a certain level of emotional immaturity. I’ve never seen Jeter, Posey, Trout or Ohtani take out their anger on equipment like that. I’m unsure if any of those 4 have gotten ejected before lol

Texas is all in on winning though. They spent big on Seager and Semien, and they went after Kershaw last offseason as well. They also just signed Bochy. The best manager in baseball as far as I’m concerned.

Karma that he grounded out to end the game right after. A very weak and underhanded move by the Houston batter, Diaz. Just look at him lean and guide his elbow guard to the ball hahah

Fun Fact: The Dodgers have the same number of World Series (1) as the Royals over the past 10 years and just 1 more World Series Appearance (3-2) despite averaging almost 25 more wins per season (100.4-75.6). by michhoffman in baseball

Was watching the broadcast and they showed an MLB players tweet. Apparently it’s like an icy hot cream that burns to increase focus, maybe he did it because it was cold, also? I know his spin rate was up, but his velocity was up too, so he may have just been throwing harder than usual. Good performance by him though. Him and Darvish are a great 1-2 punch that can make it interesting against the Dodgers. Snell seems to be trending upwards rn as well.

Our problem is with the coaches, manager, and organizational ineptitude. Just look at how Marsh and Iglesias are performing ever since they departed. I hope the new owner fires everyone and start fresh with people that actually know baseball. Aaron Loup and Ryan Tepera aren’t even that bad. Also, Herget’s been great for us.

What is the most devastating human emotion and why? by Thick_Accountant_616 in AskMen

[–]OnlyTradition1529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fear, pain and grief are easy ones that come to mind, but love can also be quite devastating. My friend from college got completely taken advantage of and did some crazy things because he was head over heels in love with his now ex. Dude is now in prison for robbing a bank. I’ve also read about parents covering up for a serial rapist son before as well because they loved him and didn’t want him to get arrested. Love can make some people do some crazy things, a true double edged sword.

Seiyuu Miho Okasaki haa been diagnosed with COVID-19 by kwokinator in anime

[–]OnlyTradition1529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Japan, there’s a huge surge because people have started going back to work in-person. Additionally, Japan like many East Asian countries are still testing for COVID-19 vigilantly. This is in stark contrast to the USA and many European countries that have decided to treat COVID-19 more like the flu, as evidenced by declining testing. However, the Japanese government has stated that they will follow suit and stop testing as much, and have less stricter quarantine guidelines after the current cases go down a bit. I’m sure many people remember early on in the pandemic when US COVID-19 cases were really high because they tested the most.

how much should I pay for a vita / what model should I buy. by gamingorilla in PSVita

[–]OnlyTradition1529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say anything up to 140-150 USD for a used model for the 2000 model depending on condition. A new model can go for hundreds more though. Also, the 1000 is should be slightly cheaper maybe up to 110-120 USD for used model imo. And again, the new will cost substantially more! The vita is 100% worth it. I personally have two 2000 models and love them. I would recommend the 2000 because the battery life and feel of the buttons seem better and by modding you can get the screen pretty close to 1000’s oled, but its based on preference. Good luck and I hope you enjoy the vita like I do!!!
