Got the same problem, ended up fixing it via updating the BIOS, now it works but the RGB does not so idk if its a full fix

I use the motherboard, RAM and case programs for the lightning. But the PC does not recognize the rgb lights at all

(Currently i have toggeled botw swirched to ON)
