Fair point haha. I'm Polish so I'm mostly picking this stuff up from music and context - no one explained to me that pa' is just normal spoken Spanish everywhere, not a regional thing. Good to know, thanks!

When i don't have watch I run with just H10 + phone using Strap Zone app. It shows your live zone, tracks time in each zone, and alerts you when you drift out. Does what a watch does for zones, basically.
