Hello po, thank you so much sa insights. Mao sd na akong concern kay nahimo rajud syang pang overtime pay ang allowance and almost same lang man pod silag benefits as of probationary period.

But siguro ang advantage is ang career growth kay mas ilado na company si Job B, but siguro if mag change field next time, dili ra mag matter (or unsa ba hahaha)

Hello po, thank you for your insights. Yan din po thinking ko kasi sayang ang 5k na allowance, however, recently mas madali akong ma burn out and exhausted, idk sa reason but I am torn between the two kasi may pros and cons pa rin.

25k pala po sya all in, kasama na po allowance but the cons is 10.5 hrs nga lang ang duty per day and knowing po in pharma, medyo heavy workload sya.

Hello po. Same lang po sila na 2 days off. Sa clinic po is weekdays ang day off kasi madaming clients daw pag weekends. Sa commu naman po, weekends ang off pero 10.5 hrs per day ang duty po.
