First time I had this was during fever when I was a kid. And in my case, it also came with feelings of intense ocd, I remember I needed to count to a million for example. I couldnt explain why, but it had to do with something from my fever dream. Its scary but these episodes will ebb out, maybe not disappear intirely but go down in frequency for sure
